I personally took an entire year off from the gym to just use bands and develop this band program.
Resistance bands automatically provide tension throughout an exercise. With resistance bands, it is easy to have what I call, "an argument with gravity". This is something I have to spend a lot of time teaching people in the gym or with dumbbells. However, with bands, this is a breeze- it just happens.
You will love this workout as I take you through every rep and every set.
All you have to do is follow along with me. This is the identical workout I did for years when I decided to not go to the gym.
Each session will feel like your very own personal training session.
